Protection of personal data

For all processes of data processing (for example Collection, processing and transmission), we act in accordance with the legal provisions. Your data necessary for ordering and payment will be stored and transmitted to the extent needed for the handling of the orders you make from us. To the extent permitted by law, taking into account their respective legitimate interests.

Shoes Expert ltd. may also collect and process details of the address and the order for own marketing purposes. In this way, Shoes Expert ltd. includes the possibility to use information collected in connection with the order by processing e-mail addresses, addresses from the list of e-mails of Facebook Ireland Limited, of the address owner, to advertise on Facebook. Further use of the e-mail address for purposes, other than conciliation, is not allowed. Regarding each advertisement NF Federal data protection and pursuant to § 28 Abs are only for third party purposed, who trade only where permitted by the law (usually publish certain lists of aggregated data in accordance with § 28, subparagraph 3 ne. 3 PM § .. 2 3 S.2 and S.4 nF Federal Data Protection Act).

The personal data we collect and process from you are:

LEDI Anatomic uses remarketing from the technologies in the Internet. This allows to target with advertisements specifically those users of internet, who are already interested in our shop and our products. We know from the studies that the display of personalized advertisements, based on interests for internet users, is more interesting than advertisements that do not have such personalized content and orientation. The insertion of the advertising material takes place during redirection, on the basis of analysis based on cookies from the previous behavior of the user. Of course, personal data is not stored in this case and, of course, the use of remarketing technology is done in accordance with the applicable legal provisions on data protection.

Warning about false e-mails
Currently, there have been more phishing attempts. In this deceptive network, LEDI Anatomic has been misused as an alleged sender. In particular, this means that users receive false emails on behalf of LEDI Anatomic.

The creation of these emails and their sending is not doing of LEDI Anatomic. Also, LEDI Anatomic cannot influence the delivery of these unauthorized messages. As it can be assumed that the false messages contain viruses, we strongly recommend not to open any attachments or links and not to disclose personal data. We recommend to delete the message immediately.

	The company's goal is wholesale and retail trade, trade, especially for transport and logistics, and storage of goods of any kind, as well as manufacture of products offered as part of the retail activities, and services of all kinds. Data is collected, processed and used in order to meet the above specific objectives.

	Data about customers, data about employees, as well as data about suppliers and other business partners, if this data is necessary to meet the objectives mentioned in point 4 above.
